London Transit Five Year Service Plan

Purpose of the Plan:

  • To understand the strengths and shortcomings of the existing LTC network
  • Identify priorities for service improvements for the next five years to improve the customer experience
  • Set the stage for the roll out of Rapid Transit service

What to Expect:

The Plan will suggest incremental changes to today’s transit network, based on a finite budget as approved by City Council.

Recommendations prioritize improving the experience of existing customers by addressing crowded buses and routes that are not running on time, while also planning for changes to the network required to roll out Rapid Transit.
