London Transit’s Mutual Respect Policy states that a workplace that provides an atmosphere of mutual respect contributes to the ultimate success of the organization. Mutual respect is the shared responsibility employees, customers of the service, and other parties LTC and its employees come in contact with throughout the course of their work. It is therefore defined as interacting in a professional, courteous, civil, dignified, fair and equitable manner treating one another as individuals with consideration and esteem.
In essence, it is London Transit’s expectation that all interactions whether it be employee to employee, employee to customer, customer to employee or customers to customers, be conducted in a respectful manner.
Here’s what we ask of our riders.
