ALLOW 90 MINUTES TRAVEL TIME

In addition to offering online access, the new system assists our Dispatch team in accommodating more trips and passengers. Just like with the Conventional service, the Specialized service is a shared service which strives on getting as many people to their destination as possible. Given that, we request that when booking your trips, you allow 90 minutes of travel time, especially for time sensitive trips, to ensure you make it to your destination on time.

REMINDERS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Whether you are booking your trip(s) online or by telephone, reminders and notifications are being sent out for all trips booked. See details below:

Three (3) reminders/notifications are being sent out ahead of a scheduled trip. Depending on your preferred method, these notifications may be reaching you by telephone, text or email. 

Notification #1 – Received the night before at approximately 6PM for the scheduled trips the following day

Notification #2 – Received 20 minutes before the estimated vehicle arrival 

Notification #3 – Received when driver arrives at the designated pick-up location

Notes: There are a number of circumstances that may impact your bus’ arrival; this could include traffic or construction as well as resource issues such as driver or bus shortages. Our call takers and system do their best to accommodate your scheduled trip as close to your booking as possible.

RETURN TRIPS

At the time of booking, you must schedule your pick-up AND return trip. When scheduling your return trip allow yourself some extra time. If you are ready earlier than your scheduled pick-up time contact a booking agent and we will try our best to arrange for an earlier pick-up.
