*Free rides for children 12 and under is provided in the form of a grant from the City. In order to count this ridership and report to the City, children are required to tap an LTC FOB on the smart card reader each time they board. FOBs are available free of charge at both LTC locations and will be given to caregivers only. Children 4 and under can ride for free without a fob.

Stored Value Smart Card
Be sure to REGISTER your Smart Card as it allows you to block your card and have it replaced if lost or stolen as well as reload it online.
Please note that riders of the specialized service must purchase paper tickets as the Voyago buses are not currently equipped with the proper On Board Validator (OBV) allowing riders to use this feature. We apologize for this inconvenience.

** Note: A free convention pass has been developed as a joint initiative between Tourism London and the London Transit Commission. Requests for passes are to be made through Tourism London and should be made well in advance of the Convention. To be eligible, a convention must be more than one day long and be registered with Tourism London. Only registered delegates will receive a pass, which shows the Convention name, applicable dates and a serial number

Gift Certificates
London Transit offers gift certificates for sale at both office locations. Gift certificates are available in denominations of 5, 10, 25, and 50 dollars, and may be redeemed at LTC offices towards the purchase of any London Transit product or service.
Monthly Park and Ride Pass
The City of London and London Transit introduce a monthly Park & Ride Pass.
Park your vehicle at one of two municipal lots (Lot 1 or Lot 2) located north of Dundas Street with access from English Street, Elizabeth Street, Adelaide Street and Queens Avenue and take the London Transit bus downtown.
Passes are available at City of London Parking Division at 824 Dundas Street East. The cost of pass covers monthly parking at a designated location and traveling on Dundas Street between English and Ridout Street on routes 2, 7 and 20 anytime.

Senior Public Transit Tax Credit
The provincial government transit’s tax credit for seniors, introduced in July 2017, can be claimed on senior ticket purchases, Citipass, Weekday and Income-Related Subsidized Passes, providing you have a receipt- see Link
Here are a few options for obtaining receipts for that purpose:
OPTION I
Senior riders purchasing tickets at physical locations should retain their receipts.
For passes or senior tickets loaded on to a Smart Card, receipts are printed from the POS units (devices used to load the card) at LTC locations.
OPTION II
Any seniors who have purchased their monthly passes or reloaded their tickets online can access their receipts by following these steps:
- Sign in to the portal
- Manage Cards
- Select card
- Purchase History
- Select receipt number
- Print Receipt
OPTION III
Seniors with registered cards can also receive receipts via email or regular mail by contacting our Customer Service staff at 519-451-1347 or via email at ltc@londontransit.ca where the following information will be requested:
- Name
- Phone number
- Address
- Card serial number
- In which month (of the tax year) was a pass purchased
