Thank you for your patience and understanding as we implement a new scheduling and booking system which, once fully rolled out, will provide for an improved customer experience in booking and managing your trips!
Like every new system, the implementation period can present some challenges. We appreciate your continued patience with call takers and drivers as we work through ensuring the system is working as efficiently as possible.
The customer facing portion of the scheduling and booking system is expected to go live after an extensive testing period. Information detailing how to use the different booking and cancellation options will be shared through a personal mail out to all registrants.
REMINDERS AND NOTIFICATIONS
For your convenience and to avoid ‘no-shows’, three (3) reminders/notifications are being sent out ahead of a scheduled trip – see details below. Depending on your preferred method, these notifications may be reaching you by telephone, text or email. The notifications will come through as 226-458-8475 for phone calls or text or noreply@tripsparkhost.com for email notifications.
Notification #1 – Received the night before at approximately 6PM for the scheduled trips the following day
Notification #2 – Received 20 minutes before the estimated vehicle arrival (see notes below)
Notification #3 – Received when driver arrives at the designated pick-up location
Notes: There are a number of circumstances that may impact your bus’ arrival; this could include traffic or construction as well as resource issues such as driver or bus shortages. Our call takers and system do their best to accommodate your scheduled trip as close to your booking as possible.
RETURN TRIPS
At the time of booking, you must schedule your pick-up AND return trip. When scheduling your return trip allow yourself some extra time. If you are ready earlier than your scheduled pick-up time contact a booking agent and we will try our best to arrange for an earlier pick-up.
NEXT PHASE OF SYSTEM UPGRADE
As noted above, in advance of the customer facing portion of the system upgrade information detailing how to use the new system will be mailed to your mailing address.
